How to order merch

If you are interested in our releases or merchandising you should browse the section MERCHANDISING...

1. click on the item(s) you're are interested in

2. click Add to your basket

Now you have one item in your basket, ready to be ordered online... you can continue to add items in your basket if you wanna order more stuff...

3. To finalize the order you have to click BASKET on the top in the menu bar…

4. Now you can see a detailed list of your items... You can also change the amount (note that negative amounts aren’t possible) of every single item you wanna order or delete items you've missclicked. Then you choose your region where you live, so we can calculate automatically how much will be your shipping fees...

5. Click Update (you'll see how much are your shipping fees)

6. Click Continue to order

7. Fill in the whole form, it's very important, and then Order Now! (you will get an email of the finalized order)

How to order a ticket

Go to our Tourdates section or click on more shows on your left. Now you will see all the upcoming shows. If you now want to order a ticket of one of the shows, simply click on Tickets. If there's no ticket button, tickets aren't available yet, but will be online soon.

Now you'll come to a new site (mocom.lu). The first stage now is select the date, time, price category and number of seats per category.

Secondly, you complete a purchasing form with your personal data, to which you have access at any time with your email address and a password. Thus, will not need to fill out this form for future purchases anymore. You will also be able to consult your purchase history and modify your personal data at any time by logging on. The second stage is complete with the registration of the mobile phone to receive the M-Tickets. You may receive all of your tickets (up to 6) on one mobile or up to as many mobiles as tickets purchased.

The third stage covers payment for the M-Ticket. You first choose your preferred payment method (see also Info: Payment Methods) and then follow the steps of the payment method selected.

After approval of the payment, our platform creates the M-Ticket(s), which is then sent to the mobile(s) specified during the purchasing process.

Depending on the payment method selected, the timing of receipt of the M-Ticket(s) by SMS varies. If you pay by credit card, you will receive the M-Ticket within a few minutes. If you pay by Web-Banking, it may take up to 2 working days for the payment to clear at which point you will receive your M-Ticket. If you pay by Bank transfer, it may take up to 3 working days for the payment to clear at which point you will receive your M-Ticket.

Once you have received the M-Ticket, save it on your mobile phone and bring this mobile phone to the event where a scanner will instantly check you in.
